Anxiety/panic attack or just worrying?
For all my life everytime something worried me just a little I start shaking shivering, shortness of breathe, rapid heart beat, my stomach gets upset and I can’t stop untill the problem is over with. For instance tonight my husband told me he wasn’t feeling good and felt like he had a fever and all of a suddon I started feeling all of those symptoms for at least 2 hours until he fell asleep and looked calm, another time is when I found out he cheated on me and that didn’t stop until I talked to one of my friends and she calmed me down. It’s been since I was a little kid I don’t know what to do to stop having them

ok forst of all leave the asshole for cheating on you if you havnt already. i to had that problem for the longest time. for me it was that i would get clamy sweaty hands, shortness of breathe, stuttering, my heart rate went up to much. you know the whole works. cutting back on sugar helps alot. also you might wonna try beathing exercises. for me i breathe in through my nose and exhaled slowly through my mouth. this will help you slow your heart rate. try to get good night sleep to. look this problem up through google.com. I had this problem for a long time and it has gotten better for me. you just want to make sure that when this happens you aren’t doing anything to physical. like driving for instance. hope this helps you out.

February 5th, 2010 at 4:36 amIf you are feeling anxious to the point of complete chaos and panic and terror then yes it is an anxiety/panic attack. To class it as an attack you have to feel really scared at the time, not just anxious – Is this how you feel? All in all, book yourself in to see a Doc to discuss it. You’re not weird or anything, lots of people suffer from Panic Attacks – and they are called Panic Disorder sufferers. There is help out there to calm you down and help you relax. Panic Attacks are scary as, but they don’t have to take over your life. See a Doc who can refer you to both a Psychologist and a Psychaiatrist – one for thougth therapy and one for medication. You don’t have to live with Panic Attacks, please see your Doc. I did, and my life has changed for the better heaps!
